Goals ​

  • Site agent can register and connect outbound.
  • Engineer can launch a remote session through the Companion app.
  • Credentials can be injected into tools without direct exposure where feasible.
  • Sessions are audited.

Scope ​

  • Go-based site agent.
  • Tunnel lifecycle management.
  • Companion app authentication.
  • Remote session records.
  • Connection method inheritance.
  • Access approval rules.

V1 — Production Readiness ​

Target: Q1 2027

Goals ​

  • Eco Manager is operationally reliable.
  • Security, audit, and disaster recovery controls are documented.
  • Managers can rely on core reporting.
  • Engineering workflows are stable.

  • OpenTelemetry tracing.
  • Staging environment.
